โดยใช้วิธี Soxhlet Extraction สำหรับน้ำเสียที่มีค่า FOG >10mg/l มีตะกอน และค่า SS สูง ทำการปรับค่า pH<2 กรองผ่านกระดาษกรอง no.40 110mm แล้วนำตัวอย่างที่กรองได้ใส่ใน Thimble นำไปอบ 103C เป็นเวลา 30นาที แล้วนำไปสกัดด้วย hexane 4 ชั่วโมงแล้วนำไประเหย hexane ทำให้แห้งส่วนที่เหลือจะเป็นปริมาณน้ำมันละไขมัน
